1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance
- Accurately enter stock receipts, transfers, and consumption.
- Maintain updated inventory records with zero errors.
- Update recipes, item codes, unit prices, and vendor information.
2. Stock Monitoring
- Track daily stock levels and item movements.
- Identify slow-moving, expired, or missing items.
3. Documentation & Filing
- Collect and verify stock counts, invoices, transfer sheets, and wastage reports.
- Maintain proper filing for all inventory documentation.
4. Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse and store teams.
- Collaborate with outlet in-charges, chefs, operations managers, purchasing, and accounts.
5. Stock Audits & Reconciliation
- Assist in monthly and annual stock counts.
- Reconcile system records with physical inventory.
6. Reporting
- Prepare variance, consumption, and damage reports.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in hospitality or F&B inventory roles.
- Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality is an advantage.
