CARGO SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Freighter Loading Expert, your key responsibility will be to oversee the accurate and safe loading and unloading of freighter aircraft. You will ensure that cargo is handled according to dnata’s strict safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics clients
- Promote dnata’s cargo handling services and airline partnerships
- Conduct client visits, pitch tailored solutions, and maintain strong account relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor performance metrics including revenue, volume, and client feedback
Candidate Requirements:
- Completion of at least 12 years of formal education (High School diploma or equivalent)
- 4–6 years of experience in air cargo sales or freight forwarding
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Familiarity with cargo systems, CRMs, and logistics platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent results
