Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in villa/civil cost estimation
- Expertise in BOQs, quantity take-off & budgeting
- Experience in pre-tender & post-tender processes
- Proficiency in estimation software
HSE Officer (Civil)
Requirements:
- Engineering degree/diploma
- Valid HSE certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction safety
- Knowledge of site safety standards & compliance
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks & safety training
Site Engineer (Civil)
Requirements:
