Available Position
CARGO CONTROLLER
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in cargo/logistics
- Educational Qualification: High School diploma (minimum); diploma in logistics preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate priority shipments for timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with cargo handling regulations and SOPs
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve cargo disruptions
- Track performance against KPIs like OTP, SLA, and FAP
- Manage special cargo including dangerous goods and temperature-sensitive items
- Perform root cause analysis and assist with recovery planning
- Update stakeholders and customers on shipment status in real time
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years’ experience in air cargo or freight operations
- Good knowledge of international cargo standards and documentation
- Certifications in Dangerous Goods (DG), AVI, Security, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
