STORE AUPERVISOR & ASSISTANT STORE SUPERVISOR
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manage Team Operations: Lead and motivate your team to meet performance goals.
- Shift Rotations: Oversee smooth shift changes and ensure the store is always fully staffed.
- Store Operations: Monitor stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure quick and accurate grocery deliveries by keeping operations running smoothly.
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years in supermarket or food warehousing, preferably in dark stores.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Shift Flexibility: Must be flexible for 24-hour rotational shifts.
- Locations: Positions available in all UAE locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
