dnata is currently hiring Senior Storekeepers to support its operations at Dubai World Central (DWC). In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations..
Job Responsibilities
- Issue Management: Handle the issuance of spare parts at store counters, ensuring compliance with dnata’s policies and procedures.
- Inventory System Operations: Record data in inventory systems such as ORACLE ERP, maintaining complete accuracy.
- Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels and analyze usage patterns to reduce holding costs without compromising availability.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Inspect and accept incoming stock, manage dispatches to other departments or off-site locations.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct physical stock checks, resolve variances, and suggest adjustments for approval.
- Coordination: Collect spare parts from designated collection points and distribute them across stores within dnata.
- Customer Support: Understand the needs of internal customers and provide timely, effective service.
Job Requirements
- To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory management or procurement (non-aircraft preferred).
- Familiarity with automated inventory systems, especially ORACLE ERP.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Exposure to modern inventory management tools or training is a plus.
- Previous work experience in a distribution center or warehouse is an added advantage.
