Available Position
SALESMAN RELIEVER
Location: UAE
Role Purpose: To provide seamless sales coverage during team member absences, ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Cover assigned sales routes when regular sales staff are on leave.
- Sell and deliver ice cream, beverages, and other FMCG products.
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
- Ensure stock availability, proper merchandising, and product visibility.
- Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience in ice cream & beverages (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong customer focus, adaptability, and proactive work approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different territories and client bases.
