The IKEA Food Department plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience by managing restaurant and food service operations within the store. The Food Administrative Assistant supports daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory documentation and supplier coordination for the IKEA Restaurant and Bistro
- Use the NAVISION ERP system to track stock levels, orders, and financial records
- Assist the Food Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting
- Maintain documentation related to food safety standards and UAE health regulations
- Support operational efficiency within the food service department

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
Education
- High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate
Experience

Technical Skills
