- Coordinator Cargo Operations
The Coordinator – Cargo Operations is responsible for supervising cargo handling activities and ensuring efficient freight movement through the airport terminal.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cargo loading and unloading operations at the DWC cargo terminal
- Ensure dangerous goods are handled according to CBTA 7.3A regulations
- Track shipments and maintain cargo records using MS Office tools
- Prepare operational reports and cargo manifests
- Maintain coordination between airside teams and administrative departments
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and cargo handling regulations
Furthermore, the role requires strong operational awareness to maintain efficient cargo handling and timely delivery processes.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in cargo operations or ground handling services
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage shipment tracking and cargo documentation
Language Skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Special Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
