LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating all dispatch and outbound logistics activities
- Managing export documentation and working with freight forwarders
- Ensuring OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery performance
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory management
- Supervising, training, and motivating warehouse staff
- Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Industry experience in corrugated packaging is a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and warehouse documentation
- Strong team leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational efficiency
