Available Position
Passenger Attendant
As a Passenger Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the passenger experience at the airport. From the Departure Welcome Area to Immigration Smart Gates, Arrival Halls, and Baggage Claim, your responsibility is to offer professional, prompt, and courteous support to travelers at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Deliver world-class customer service in line with Sharjah Aviation Services’ standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance while in uniform.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, airport security protocols, and international aviation regulations.
Passenger Assistance:
- Welcome and assist all travelers, including the elderly and physically challenged.
- Address general inquiries and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Floor Walking:
- Actively support travelers in public airport zones.
- Arrange porterage services to aid passengers with luggage handling.
Immigration Support:
- Guide travelers through Smart Gates or toward appropriate immigration counters.
- Provide basic visa and documentation guidance.
Baggage Hall Support:
- Help passengers navigate baggage claim areas.
- Manage crowd flow and assist during busy operational periods.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: High School Certificate or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or aviation-related role
