- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations including VAT and Corporate Tax
- Manage project cost control and budget monitoring
- Handle contract administration, milestone billing, retention, and variation orders
- Prepare client invoices and manage accounts receivable
- Coordinate with site teams for payment certifications and maintain project records
