Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
- Industry: Food & Beverage (Water Bottling and Processing)
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Gulfa Careers 2025 is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor with 7–10 years of experience in food or water production industries. The selected candidate will lead quality control operations to ensure all products consistently meet ISO, HACCP, and UAE regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and Halal standards.
- Conducting microbiological and chemical testing to ensure compliance with UAE and global quality benchmarks.
- Supervising QA/QC staff to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conducting internal audits and preparing detailed reports on quality performance.
- Reviewing quality documentation, corrective action plans, and supplier evaluations.
- Ensuring full compliance with AIB certification and food safety management systems.
- Coordinating with production and maintenance teams to eliminate non-conformities.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
- Valid ISO and HACCP certifications (mandatory).
- 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in food or bottled water production.
- Expertise in analytical testing, laboratory procedures, and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
