SALES COORDINATOR (FMCG – Food, Traditional Trade)
Responsibilities :–
- Process customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and maintain communication with customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain customer databases, pricing lists, and generate sales reports.
- Follow up on payments, order confirmations, and customer feedback.
- Assist the sales team with product availability, tenders, and promotions.
Requirements :–
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
