FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and networking.
- Promote and sell Edge Academy’s training programs and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored course recommendations.
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual presentations with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements :-
- Female candidates only (team balance requirement).
- Proven sales or customer service experience; experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
