Logistics Supervisor Role – Position Overview
As a Logistics Supervisor, the selected candidate will oversee daily operational activities across AMZL and FC functions. The role involves managing teams of 30–40 associates, ensuring smooth workflow execution, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving performance improvement initiatives.
The Logistics Supervisor works closely with Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and frontline associates to ensure all daily plans are executed efficiently and safely.

- Managing daily logistics and fulfilment activities
- Allocating labor and conducting team briefings
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures

- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
