| AC Technician | Experienced in VRF Unit, Split AC Unit, Ductable Split AC Unit, and Package Unit. |
| MEP Technician | ITI or NCVT with 6-8 years’ UAE experience in maintenance of VAV system, chilled water system FCU’s, exhaust fan, knowledge in CAFM system, wiring related to FCU controls. |
| Electrician | ITI or NCVT with 6-8 years’ UAE experience in maintenance of DB’S, SMDBS, MDBS, capacitor bank, knowledge in carrying out AMC for cable meggering, earth resistance test for earth pits, replacement of lamps, light fixtures, control panels for HVAC system. Knowledge of extra low voltage system is an added advantage. |
| BMS Operator | Proven experience as a BMS operator, working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security system, understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. |
| Plumber | ITI with 8-10 years’ UAE experience in maintenance of portable water system, maintenance of drainage system, replacement of WC, wash basin, bathtubs, plumbing faucets, maintenance of plumbing pumps like transfer pump, booster pumps and knowledge of firefighting system is an added advantage. |
| Multiskilled Technician | Min. 5 years similar experience in electrical maintenance (troubleshooting and rectification of controls and electrical panels, capacitor bank etc.) & UAE/GCC experience is mandatory, Min. ITI-NCVT Technical or Diploma qualification, Valid UAE DL is an advantage, English and Hindi communication are mandatory, and Arabic is an advantage. Candidates who can join immediately are needed. |
| Civil Technician | Must have knowledge of civil, carpentry, and painting and perform related jobs. |
| MEP Engineer | Proven superior knowledge & experience in FM operations, especially hard services (mechanical & electrical), 5+ years experience in a similar position in FM company in UAE, relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Good verbal & written communication skills in English, UAE driving license is preferred. |
| Home Appliance Technician | Identify and troubleshoot problems with home appliances based on customer complaints, service requests, and appliance symptoms. Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems. Min. 5 years similar experience. |
Requirements:
- Only Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / visa cancellation) will be considered.
- Candidates should have minimum of 3 Years experience in the GCC to the related field.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills and possess relevant Facilities Management experience.
