STOREKEEPER – Lexus Al Ain
The position of Storekeeper at Lexus in Al Ain is essential to the smooth running of workshop operations. The role involves managing the workshop store while supporting the Workshop Manager in daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure tools, consumables, manuals, and equipment as required.
- Receive, check, and document all incoming stock for quality and accuracy.
- Issue materials to technicians while maintaining proper tracking and timely returns.
- Keep accurate inventory records and support internal stock audits.
- Assist with administrative duties such as attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines in storage areas.
- Monitor unused or waste materials and oversee proper disposal.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Trade certificate or diploma in automotive studies with 2–3 years of relevant workshop experience.
