Key Responsibilities
- Handling cash payments and transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinating with the sales department to verify payment details and confirm correct amounts.
- Receiving finance cheques from banks, leasing customers, and commercial clients while ensuring proper documentation.
- Depositing cash and cheques into designated bank accounts in accordance with company finance policies.
- Managing petty cash and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintaining documentation related to cash receipts, deposits, and expenses.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing cash flow and transaction details.
- Supporting the Finance Manager in reporting, compliance, and audit-related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashiering or financial role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.
- Ability to handle cash and cheque transactions with integrity and precision.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork spirit.
