🔹 Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving Almarai’s sales growth across Dubai by managing van sales operations, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will lead a diverse sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining Almarai’s high operational standards.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage van sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Enhance product visibility and ensure maximum product availability across all trade channels.
- Implement company sales policies and uphold customer service excellence.
- Analyze market trends and prepare detailed sales performance reports.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to boost efficiency and performance.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in van sales.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG trade channels and market operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in SAP or system-based sales operations.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in category management is a plus.
