Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage weekly corporate card reconciliations
- Reconcile alternative payment applications
- Support manual journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics
- Raise finance-related purchase orders using Coupa
- Maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) trackers
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Report outstanding accruals and discrepancies
- Assist with finance reporting and operational tasks
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous accounting or finance experience advantageous
- Progress toward ACCA, CPA, or similar certification preferred
- Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge and internship experience may apply
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
