Available Position
Team Leader – Holidays
As the Team Leader – Holidays at Cozmo Travels UAE, you will lead a high-performing team of travel consultants within the Holidays and Cruises Division. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, manage complex travel itineraries, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy managing teams, meeting sales targets, and creating memorable travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase holiday bookings and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, track team performance, and identify areas for improvement.
2. Premium Bookings & Customer Management
- Handle luxury travel bookings, including long-haul holidays, family vacations, and cruise packages.
- Provide expert travel advice, quotations, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients.
3. Team Supervision & Development
- Mentor and guide travel consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and training programs.
- Promote teamwork, motivation, and excellence in service delivery.
4. Operational Efficiency
- Oversee daily sales reporting, CRM updates, and compliance with operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.
Candidate Requirements :-
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Professional certifications such as IATA or CLIA are an advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking software.
- Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.
