The Warehouse Assistant II position plays a vital operational role within DHL’s warehouse facilities in Dubai. Candidates selected for this job will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient material handling. This role is ideal for individuals aiming to grow within the logistics field while gaining hands-on operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming shipments, verifying documents, and inspecting goods for quality.
- Sorting, labeling, and storing items using space-efficient methods.
- Packing and preparing cargo for outbound movements as per customer and transport requirements.
- Managing inventory records and updating internal warehouse systems.
- Operating scanners and, upon certification, forklifts for loading and unloading.
- Coordinating daily pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Handling documentation related to shipment status, payments, and dispatch.
- Supporting customer service teams to resolve shipment-related concerns.
- Following DHL’s safety regulations, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
