Job Overview
The Admin Operative supports both inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Furthermore, the role ensures inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, and WMS updates while maintaining safety and quality standards. As a result, Admin Operatives play a key role in meeting customer expectations and operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
- Receive pre-alerts and update inbound purchase orders in WMS
- Moreover, verify goods against tally sheets
- Report missing or damaged items using MDNs
- Store materials based on WMS instructions
- Generate GRSR and close inbound transactions
Outbound Operations
- Process outbound orders in WMS
- Additionally, pick, pack, and perform quality checks
- Move goods to dispatch areas
- Update dispatch documents and trackers
Communication & Reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and customers
- Share shipment status and POD details
- Generate inbound and outbound reports with accurate timestamps
Quality & Compliance
- Isolate and report damaged goods
- Participate in cycle counts and PD meetings
- Follow DHL safety policies and procedures
- Support continuous improvement to achieve KPIs
Qualifications & Skills Required
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of warehouse storage and handling practices
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- College degree or secondary school certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
