Position Objective

The Merchandiser supports the Brand Manager in planning product and assortment strategies aligned with financial targets. Additionally, the role involves stock allocation, replenishment planning, and store coordination to ensure balanced collections and optimized inventory levels.

Furthermore, you will assist in financial planning tasks such as pre-season planning, open-to-buy management, and budgeting for new store launches.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Allocation

  • Coordinate merchandise distribution across regional stores
  • Ensure timely replenishment and balanced assortment
  • Manage inter-store stock transfers
  • Support inventory planning for new store openings

Sales & Data Analysis

  • Prepare Retail Pro and Sell-Through reports
  • Analyze best-selling and slow-moving items
  • Forecast seasonal trends based on past sales
  • Evaluate product performance by price, color, and style

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with stores, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Coordinate with buying teams on orders and product issues
  • Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor trends

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare merchandise plans and presentations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records
  • Process invoices and maintain data confidentiality
