Job Overview: Store Supervisor – Emirates Group
The Emirates Official Store Supervisor works closely with Merchandise Support Controllers and the Manager – Merchandise, overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, including:
- Emirates Group Headquarters (EGHQ)
- Emirates Group IT (EGIT)
- dnata Travel Centre
- Dubai International Airport (DXB)
- The Dubai Mall
This position focuses on retail supervision, sales performance, inventory coordination, and ensuring all outlets meet Emirates’ premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations
- Supervise daily store activities across UAE locations
- Ensure branding aligns with CCMB and Visual Style Guide standards
- Drive sales performance and meet financial targets
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
Inventory & Logistics
- Oversee inventory control and SOP compliance
- Manage annual and periodic stock counts
- Coordinate product deliveries with internal teams and partners
Planning & Reporting
- Maintain a rolling marketing calendar
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate retail sales teams
- Prepare monthly staff rosters
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards
Additional Responsibilities
The role also supports visual merchandising updates, POS compliance, and temporary store setups at major aviation events such as the Dubai Airshow and Arabian Travel Market. Responsibilities extend to coordination with Dubai Duty Free and operational oversight of the Dubai Mall Flight Simulator Zone.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in retail or sales environments
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Airline or regional market knowledge is an advantage
