Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

The Customer Sales & Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting Emirates’ commercial objectives. Therefore, strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on fares, services, and travel requirements
  • Moreover, issue tickets in line with airline policies and procedures
  • Guide customers on passport, visa, health, and check-in requirements

Qualifications & Skills Required
