Store Keeper – FC04: Role Overview & Job Purpose
The Store Keeper position is a key role within the Supply Chain & Logistics team, responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse and distribution operations. Reporting directly to the Stores Supervisor, the role involves managing daily warehouse activities such as receiving, issuing, inventory control, and proper storage of both food and non-food items.
The Store Keeper supports airline catering operations, airport catering facilities, and Food Point services by ensuring materials are available on time and stock levels are accurately maintained. This role contributes directly to operational efficiency, service continuity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
- Issue materials as per approved requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure safe, clean, and organized storage areas
- Coordinate with internal teams to support uninterrupted supply chain operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times
Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High School Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or stores experience
- Communication: Basic verbal and written English
- Skills: Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professionalism: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
