Customer Sales & Service Agent
The Customer Sales & Service Agent role involves managing customer inquiries, reservations, quotations, and ticketing within a professional contact center setup. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between customers and Emirates SkyCargo while promoting company products and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Ensure top-quality customer service across all communication channels.
- Issue Emirates tickets while adhering to airline policies and legal travel requirements.
- Promote additional Emirates products and services to improve revenue.
- Maintain updated promotional material and accurate documentation.
- Assist the team leader in managing end-of-day sales and transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by keeping them informed about new services and offers.
- Respond to cargo import and export inquiries, providing quotations and reservations support.
- Follow up with clients to maximize revenue and ensure timely shipment updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills :-
- Minimum education: 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email applications.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and airline industry standards.
- Knowledge of Standard Fares and Ticketing Courses, Skywards, and MARS Reservation Systems.
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
