OFFICER – CARGO SALES SUPPORT
The Officer – Cargo Sales Support plays a key role in strengthening Flydubai’s Cargo Commercial division. The main objective of this role is to provide essential administrative, reporting, and system support to the UAE Cargo Sales team. By managing data accuracy, reports, and back-end coordination, the Officer ensures that sales professionals can focus on customer engagement and business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in cargo sales, operations, or coordination.
- Proficiency in SkyChain, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI or similar).
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
The selected candidate must comply with Flydubai’s Information Security Responsibility (ISR) policies, including incident reporting, awareness participation, and adherence to security protocols in all operations.
