OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vessel operations and coordination.
- Update systems and archive documents.
- Support daily and monthly report issuance.
- Coordinate with the Trading Team for contract compliance.
- Facilitate STS vetting and maritime services.
- Assist with fleet bunkering plans and operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments on accruals, invoicing, and payments.
- Provide necessary operational documents and reports.
Requirements:
