Job Role : General Manager
- Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
As the General Manager – Sales, you will play a key role in leading the regional sales team towards achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. This senior position is ideal for professionals with a strategic mindset, excellent leadership qualities, and in-depth knowledge of the jewellery retail sector, especially within the UAE and Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers across multiple retail outlets. Motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Performance Management: Regularly monitor KPIs, sales figures, and customer feedback. Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to boost performance.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with top management and the leadership team to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction across all locations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry, with at least 3 years in a Regional Manager, Country Manager, or General Manager role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large sales teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong product knowledge in luxury and high-end jewellery brands.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
