Eligibility Criteria :-
Applicants for Hardmen Security Jobs in Dubai 2025 must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a security guard, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Certification: Must hold a valid SIRA Certificate issued by the Dubai Police Authority.
- Communication Skills: Good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Visa Status: Candidates on visit or cancellation visas can attend the interview (visit visa should be valid for 30+ days).
- Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
