Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the reservations and marketing teams to create attractive packages and offers.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the hotel apartments.
- Provide timely market feedback and identify new business trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality market will be a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
