Plant Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time
Imdaad is looking for a qualified Plant Supervisor to oversee plant operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a background in plant operations or industrial maintenance.
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).
- Additional certifications in plant operations, maintenance, or facility management are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in plant operations, production, or maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in Facilities Management (FM), Waste Management, or Recycling operations is an added advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying operational inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and Maximo systems for reporting and monitoring.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing operational priorities.
- A valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring plant production processes and ensuring efficiency.
- Enforcing safety standards and conducting regular inspections.
- Supervising maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Leading and motivating teams of technicians and operators.
- Implementing quality control measures for all operations.
- Maintaining accurate records through Maximo or Oracle systems.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
- Managing waste and recycling operations where applicable.
- Preparing performance and safety reports for management.
