Available Position
IT ADMINISTRATOR
In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports JFS’s high-speed logistics operations. If you have 2–4 years of IT administration or support experience, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks and internet systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install and configure servers, firewalls, routers, and workstations
- Monitor system health and resolve outages swiftly
- Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery protocols
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Enforce cybersecurity measures and IT security policies
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and asset records
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and networking abilities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, and backup systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred)
