Available Position
WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER – DUBAI
The Warehouse Team Leader will play a vital role in supporting daily operations while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Team Leader will be responsible for guiding warehouse staff, monitoring workflows, and maintaining efficiency across all operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operatives in core tasks such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and achieve shift-based targets.
- Track performance metrics and provide updates to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Oversee warehouse equipment usage and perform minor troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse systems, safety practices, and equipment handling.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety across work areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Prior team leader or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivation skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Physical fitness to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.
