Available Positions
1. FM Supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in facilities management supervision.
- Key Skills: Leadership, team management, and quality control.
- Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance operations, ensure service quality, manage client requirements, and maintain safety standards.
2. FM Engineer
- Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Key Skills: MEP systems, maintenance planning, and client coordination.
- Responsibilities: Manage preventive maintenance, generate reports, and ensure timely project completion.
3. Quantity Surveyor
- Experience: 2–3 years in quantity surveying within facilities management or construction.
- Key Skills: Cost estimation, budgeting, and tender analysis.
- Responsibilities: Prepare cost reports, manage project budgets, and support cost control processes.
4. Pool/Water Treatment Supervisor
- Experience: 2–3 years in pool maintenance or water treatment supervision.
- Key Skills: Chemical balance monitoring, filtration systems, and health safety compliance.
- Responsibilities: Oversee pool operations, ensure water quality standards, and manage maintenance teams.
General Requirements
- UAE Driver’s License: Mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred.
- Language: English required; Arabic an advantage.
