MEP Supervisor Job Details – Dubai
The company is currently hiring for the following position:
- Position: MEP Supervisor
- Company: MAB Facilities Management, L.L.C.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Joining: Immediate
- Salary: Up to AED 6,000
- Location: Dubai, UAE
Immediate joiners with proven site supervision experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities of the MEP Supervisor
The selected candidate will manage daily on-site MEP operations and ensure smooth coordination between technicians and management.
Mechanical Systems
- Supervise HVAC systems including split, ducted units, AHUs, and FCUs
- Monitor chiller performance and cooling efficiency
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Support troubleshooting of airflow, vibration, and noise issues
- Ensure documentation and timely completion of mechanical works
Electrical Systems
- Monitor electrical panels, DBs, breakers, and wiring systems
- Supervise lighting installations and repair works
- Coordinate fault detection and emergency power restoration
- Enforce electrical safety procedures
- Maintain maintenance logs and technical reports
Plumbing & Water Systems
- Inspect pipelines, pumps, valves, and water supply networks
- Supervise drainage repairs and leak rectification
- Coordinate plumbing installations and testing
- Ensure pressure testing and reporting after repairs
Site Supervision & Team Management
- Allocate daily tasks to technicians
- Monitor progress and meet maintenance deadlines
- Conduct routine site inspections
- Handle emergency breakdowns and urgent complaints
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication standards
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants should have:
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
