Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in volume hiring, especially frontline and operational roles
- Good communication skills
- Experience in interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities
- Strong reporting and MIS skills
- Executive – Colleague Relations
This role manages employee relations and internal HR matters.
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary cases
- Drafting HR memos, show-cause notices, and warning letters
- Experience in investigations, fact-finding, and case documentation
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies
- Ability to maintain confidential records and files
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good communication and professional presentation
- Exposure to Retail, FMCG, or Distribution sectors
- Must be able to join immediately
