ADMIN ASSISTANT

As a key member of the team, the Admin Assistant will support the Director and Advisor of the department by ensuring smooth administrative operations and helping drive forward cultural initiatives that reflect Abu Dhabi’s vibrant identity. DCT Abu Dhabi is renowned for shaping the emirate’s cultural landscape through innovative projects, and the Sandstorm Comics division represents its creative edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage the daily calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables for the department’s leadership.
  • Document Management: Organize both digital and physical files securely and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Project Coordination: Track department projects, assist with report updates, and follow up on critical tasks and milestones.
  • Communication Handling: Draft official correspondence, liaise with government bodies, and ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Meetings & Events: Assist in scheduling, planning, and executing meetings, business trips, and department events with precision.
  • Visitor Engagement: Professionally welcome and assist guests, reflecting the department’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
