NICU / PICU Charge Nurse
Location: Saudi German Hospital, Ajman
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in the NICU/PICU units
- Provide safe and evidence-based care for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Manage patient assignments and staffing during shifts
- Support clinical decisions during emergency or critical situations
- Guide and mentor junior nursing staff
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Master’s preferred
