Job Responsibilities
As a Sourcing Executive, your key duties will include:
- Identifying and connecting with manpower suppliers across the UAE
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies
- Sourcing blue-collar workers and skilled labor as per client needs
- Maintaining an updated database of suppliers and candidates
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports
- Monitoring onboarding and mobilization processes
- Ensuring all hiring processes comply with UAE Labour Law
Salary Information
The company offers an attractive salary package:
- AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
- Additional benefits may be provided based on company policy
Qualification Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in manpower supply (mandatory)
