This position plays a key administrative and coordination role in supporting the hotel’s revenue generation and client relationship efforts.
Role Overview: Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator supports daily operations within the Sales & Marketing department by managing documentation, communication, and internal coordination throughout the sales cycle.
The role serves as a primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring proposals, contracts, and event documentation are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards. Through consistent support and communication, the coordinator helps strengthen guest loyalty while enhancing overall sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Managing sales correspondence via email and documentation systems
- Filing, typing, copying, and organizing sales materials
- Gathering promotional brochures and marketing materials
- Entering and reconciling sales data, commissions, and leads
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales system records
Client Communication & Guest Interaction
- Acting as the main contact for client inquiries by phone and email
- Responding promptly to requests and follow-ups
- Providing information on rooms, rates, packages, dining, and events
- Supporting long-term client relationship development
Brand & Team Collaboration
- Promoting The Ritz-Carlton brand image at all times
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications
