Job Title: Van Sales Driver
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory-Based Product Sales: You will manage a designated sales route in Dubai or nearby Emirates. Your goal will be to sell our product range, ensure stock availability, and secure repeat and new orders from retail customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: As a Van Sales Driver, you will work towards monthly sales and collection targets. Smart route planning, proactive customer engagement, and strong follow-up skills are essential for success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships is key. Understand customer needs, suggest products, and ensure customer satisfaction for long-term business growth.
- Inventory Rotation and Merchandising: Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to avoid wastage. Maintain attractive product displays at client locations, ensuring visibility and freshness at all times.
- Cash and Cheque Collection: Accurately collect payments (cash/cheque), issue receipts, and submit daily remittance reports. Financial discipline is mandatory with zero tolerance for discrepancies.
- Order Delivery and Vehicle Care: Deliver products safely and on time, ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Maintain your van in excellent condition, keep it clean, fuelled, and report any issues for service.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily sales, delivery, stock, and collection reports to the accounts and sales team.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in FMCG or food distribution within the UAE.
- Valid UAE manual driving license is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads and retail locations.
- Strong communication in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading when required.
