Job Role: Production Supervisor (Arabic Bread)
Location: Dubai Industrial City, UAE
Industry: FMCG / Food Production
Experience: 3–4 years in a bakery production supervisory role
Specialization: Arabic/Pita bread, semi- or fully automated lines
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations on the Arabic bread production line.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Manage team schedules and monitor production KPIs.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment.
- Troubleshoot production issues to maintain smooth workflow.
- Implement continuous improvement practices for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Technical certification in baking or food technology (preferred).
- Experience in semi- or fully automated bread production lines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and food safety compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-paced environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Age: Below 40 years, energetic and results-driven
- Industry: Experience in FMCG, bakery, or fresh food sectors
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, production tools
- Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil is a plus
