ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Zaker Trading LLC is looking for a talented Accounts Executive to join its finance department. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy. Initially, the role will be remote from India, followed by relocation to the UAE, offering a unique opportunity to transition into an international career.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end closings, prepare MIS reports, and monitor AP ageing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, auditors, and cross-functional teams for seamless financial operations.
- Provide assistance to both junior and senior finance team members, taking ownership of assigned projects and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/CMA qualification preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting operations, including AP, AR, and financial reporting.
- Prior knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, analytical, and result-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Male candidates preferred (for team diversity purposes).
