Available Position
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory control, order fulfillment, and team supervision. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle warehouse workflows effectively while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy using digital tools.
- Prepare and analyze warehouse reports using Microsoft Excel and other software.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor performance and streamline workflows.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and transport teams for smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
